REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Service Concerns: “No Refunds” We aim to serve our Customers in excellence & your experience is very important to us, but if a concern arise~> Zehn will work with you by offering a complimentary adjustment or discount toward a future service before exiting. No-Show or Late Clientele Disclaimer: “24 hour Cancellation Window” •There is a “Non-Refundable Deposit Cancellation Fee” if appointment is not cancelled before our stated (24 hour) timeframe. •Excessive cancellations may be grounds for account(s) banned from future bookings. Membership: You authorize Zehn Beauty Bar, LLC to charge acquired monthly membership fees, by the tier you decide to commit to, to your financial institution via Gloss Genius electronic charge system with the credit/debit information you have provided on the first (1st) of each month. You understand that you are in full control of your payment(s). You may decide to remove your card info or cancel membership at any given time, you are in full control of your payments.
